Come to Myrkdalen for a spectacular hiking weekend Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th of September.

We will walk from the valley Jordalen to the idyllic little village Dyrdal by the UNESCO listed Nærøy Fjord.
Dyrdal, which has no road access next to the Nærøy Fjord, had over 100 inhabitants in the olden days. Today, no one lives permanently in the valley, but it is great to experience the distinctive cluster on the terrace above the fjord.

Departure Myrkdalen: 7 am
Length of the hike: The hike is approximately 15 km long where we wil ascend a total of 400 vertical metres and descend 1200 vertical metres to the fjord.
Boat from Dyrdal - Flåm: 4.25 pm - 6 pm
Bus Flåm - Myrkdalen: 6 - 7 pm

Guided hike, bus Myrkdalen - Jordalen and Flåm - Myrkdalen, boat from Dyrdal - Flåm and one unit drink during the boat ride is included.

On Sunday we will hike to the beautiful Blåfjell 1548 masl) in Jordalen. The hike starts in Nedstedalen in Jordalen. From here we will walk up the hillside to Storesalen. At Storesalen we will veer off the track and walk up the ridge to Blåfjell. At the top you'll have a magnificent view of Vikafjellet and the Fresvik Glacier.

Departure Myrkdalen: 8.30 am
Length of the hike : 9.30 am - 4.30 pm
Bus Brekkedalen/Jordalen - Myrkdalen: 4.30 - 5.30 pm

Guided hike and bus return Myrkdalen is included.

It is possible to buy tickets for both days or single days. Please note that changes can be made in the program due to weather and other unforseen factors.
