Culinary and musical evening
Saturday November 14th we are hosting a culinary and musical evening at Myrkdalen Hotel. Enjoy a four course meal made by the award-winning master chef Ørjan Johannessen with wine selected by the skilled Norwegian sommelier Merete Bø.

4-course dinner with wine and concert with "Fint Fransk Orkester Trio" is included in the price.

Salto Lobby Bar is open before and after the dinner from 5 pm to midnight.
Ørjan Johannessen is from Austevoll in Western Norway. He grew up watching and helping his parents cook at Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri. The Bocuse d’Or has played a huge role in Ørjan Johannessen’s life. With the support of his family, friends, team and commis, Chef Ørjan devoted more than ten thousand hours to achieve the Bocuse d’Or Gold Medal, which he earned in 2015.
Johannessen likes to use local produce and create traditional dishes with a new twist. Every year he visits many different cultures with one goal in mind; Inspiration!
