At the first floor of the building Kamben, next to Myrkdalen Hotel, you will find Kamben Cafè and Bar.

Here you can enjoy simple dishes, the best coffee, and a large selection of beers from local breweries. We also broadcast different sport events on our TV screens.

On weekdays, Kamben Café and Bar is the natural meeting place after a fantastic day's skiing. The bar has a relaxed après-ski atmosphere.

Kamben is named after Bjørndalskamben

Bjørndalskamben is the highest mountain in Myrkdalen, 1402 metres above sea level.

At the top of Bjørndalskamben you have an amazing view of the spectacular mountain area Hurrungane, the Fresvik Glacier, Vikafjellet Mountain Plateau and the mountains around Voss.

The architect has been inspired by this mountain and if you look closely you’ll find similarities between the building and the mountain formations. 

Kamben Kafé & Bar also draws inspiration from its natural surroundings. Of course, there is a large selection of local beer on the drink menu. Enjoy!
