On August 18-20 you can join casting and fishing courses with Ingvild Aurdal from the Norwegian fly-fishing team. It is a practical course in the river where you will learn different casting techniques. Fishing license is included.
This weekend is dedicated to learning and practicing fly casting and fishing techniques. We start on Friday evening with theory and a get-to-know-you session at the hotel. On Saturday, we will have a step-by-step review of fly casting techniques and practice them outside the hotel. At 7:00 pm, we will have a group dinner and share experiences around the table. On Sunday, we will continue with advanced training on fly casting and fishing techniques by the river. Remember to dress for the weather, bring good shoes, a cap, and sunglasses/fishing glasses. Long underwear to wear under waders will come in handy :)
We recommend that you bring your own packed lunch and drinks on Saturday and Sunday.
