Words from the architect Sigbjørn Dugstad:

Planned similarly to the popular buildings in Klypeteigen, Leite has two floors with holiday homes and parking lots as well as storage rooms at the ground floor. The building has three different types of apartments in different sizes with clever planning solutions. Situated next to a cross-country slope and hiking track that will lead you directly to the centre of Myrkdalen Mountain Resort you'll have easy access to entertainment, food and activities.

The building has environmentally friendly materials that can withstand the elements - parquet on the floor, wood panelling on the walls and ceiling, wooden windows and wooden panelling outside. Aside from the parking lot, all the support structures are built in wood. The goal has been to create efficient housing at a reasonable price.
